Online Check Order Form - Pay by Check using this form. We print a draft and your checking account is charged. Using this payment type there is a 3-5 day delay in order shipment while your check clears.

You may also mail or fax credit card orders if you wish but our Online Order Form is on a Secure Server. Print out your order preview, and mail or fax it to us.
